What does it mean to be a transparent IT Services business?

What a novel question!

Too often have I entered a new clients office only to be greeted with apprehension.  Upon investigation I find that they have had bad experiences with other IT Services companies.  It seems that everyone views IT companies as the new "crooked" mechanic, out to take advantage of ignorant customers.  The sad part is most people have had a personal experience or two to reinforce that view.  I have found the only way to combat that attitude is to be transparent and open about everything we do.

The most pronounced way that we accomplish transparency is in our documentation that we provide to our clients regarding any work we do for them, documents that contain proposals, logs and diagrams of all the work we do.  You could even use that information to easier transfer management of your IT needs to another IT Services company.  Let's see our competition do that!

We work hard to provide our clients with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their IT needs not just tell them what we think they need.  All in all it comes down to providing a service that we ourselves would want to have.

Is your IT Services business partner transparent with you about your systems?

Shouldn't they be?

I have been in Systems Administration for 9 years, working in the IT department of many different organizations. I hope to bring my vast knowledge, education and experience gained in that time to our clients. Some of my past experience includes working with retailers, churches, restaurants, law offices, medical practices, engineering firms, non-profits, transportation businesses, and insurance companies, just to name a few.

As the resident tech guru at Thalo Creative Studios I assist people and their businesses with the technology they use everyday. From getting the servers at work migrated over to virtual machines to getting that virus off your computer. I work to smoothly integrate these technologies in your personal and business lives and resolve any issues that arise in the process. I'm very passionate about the service we offer, service designed so that you can spend your time doing those things you're most passionate about!
