Below is an example of a Thalo Custom Desktop build and subsequent interactions with the client:

A local business contracted us to build 5 Thalo Custom Desktops for their work. The computers were built to the specifications required by the roles of the computer users. Installed all the software they needed and deployed the units to their workplace.

A year and a half went by before they called for support. One of the computers we had built had a hard drive crash. We were able to replace the hard drive at no cost to the client as it was under warranty. Data was recovered from a backup system that we had also setup for them. The entire recovery process took half a work day (4 hours)!

3 years after the initial purchase their systems were struggling with some new software they purchased. With their Thalo Custom Desktops there was no need to replace the computer case, power supply, DVD drive, hard drive, monitor, keyboard or mouse since they were not what was holding the system back. So, we upgraded their processor, motherboard and memory, which saved them hundreds on each of their 5 computers vs. if they had to purchase all new computers from the big-box store.
